ESX is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and developing ESX’s social media presence across various platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will be creative, strategic, and have a deep understanding of social media trends and strategies.
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with ESX’s marketing objectives
- Create and curate engaging content for ESX’s social media platforms
- Manage and maintain ESX’s social media accounts, including scheduling and posting content, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring analytics
- Analyze and report on social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices, and share insights and recommendations with the ESX team
- Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and content, to develop integrated campaigns that align with overall business goals
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the entertainment industry
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms, as well as social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
