At ESX, we believe in fostering a culture of racial equity and justice. We recognize that systemic racism and inequality exist, and we are committed to using our platform and resources to drive positive change.

Our commitment to racial equity and justice extends beyond words. We have implemented a number of initiatives to ensure that our workplace is inclusive and diverse, and that we are doing our part to address the issue of racial injustice.

First, we have established a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, which is made up of members from across the organization. This committee is responsible for identifying areas where we can improve our diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts and implementing programs and initiatives to effect change.

Second, we have partnered with organizations that are dedicated to racial equity and justice. Through these partnerships, we are able to support organizations that are at the forefront of the fight for racial equity and justice.

Third, we have implemented unconscious bias training for all of our employees. This training is designed to help individuals recognize their own biases and work to eliminate them. We believe that this training is an important step in creating a more inclusive and diverse workplace.

Finally, we have created a scholarship program for students from underrepresented backgrounds who are interested in pursuing careers in the entertainment industry. Through this program, we are able to provide financial assistance to students who may not have had access to the same opportunities as their peers.

We understand that there is much work to be done in the fight for racial equity and justice, but we are committed to doing our part. We believe that it is only through collective action that we can effect real change, and we are proud to stand with those who are working towards a more just and equitable society.
