ESX — Entertainment Stock Exchange is a pre-incorporation business project intended to operate through a U.S.-based company following incorporation.

ESX is presented as an integrated entertainment ecosystem connecting creation, production, audience participation, intelligence, enterprise, distribution and financial infrastructure. The website describes the intended ESX platform and business model at a corporate level.

The name Entertainment Stock Exchange does not by itself mean that ESX is a licensed securities exchange or regulated intermediary.

Website content is general corporate and product information. It may describe concepts, intended capabilities, audience paths and possible financial infrastructure. It is not a complete statement of any product, transaction or legal relationship.

Third-party names, marks and other rights remain with their respective owners. The current Discover imagery is ESX website artwork and does not represent ownership of real third-party entertainment projects.

You may access and use the website for lawful personal, professional and informational purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable law. Any permission not expressly granted is reserved to the extent legally permitted.

You must not misuse the website or interfere with other visitors' access.

• Use the website for an unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose.

• Introduce malicious code or use automation, scraping or excessive requests in a way that damages, overloads or materially disrupts the service.

The conditional Join-the-Launch flow uses a third-party communications service only when enabled, as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in the website, services, operating entity or legal requirements. The date above records the current interim version. The version applicable to a visitor will be identified and communicated as required by law.
